1. General Provisions
These terms apply to participation in the YTest mobile application closed testing program. By submitting an application, you agree to all provisions of these terms.
The YTest product is developed by the Yong'oq platform and is currently in the pre-launch testing phase.
2. Purpose of the Testing Program
The purpose of the tester program is to organize testing of the YTest mobile application by real users before the official release.
25 selected testers will evaluate the app's functionality, user interface quality, and technical stability.
3. Tester Obligations
The tester must use the application regularly for at least 14 days.
The tester must report bugs, anomalies, and personal suggestions to the YTest team.
The tester must not distribute or demo the test version to third parties.
4. Testing Process
Selected testers will be added to the Google Play closed testing program using the provided Gmail addresses.
The test version is only available within the closed testing framework and is not shared with anyone outside the testers.
App updates may be required during the testing process.
5. Feedback and Bug Reporting
Testers may submit bugs and suggestions via Telegram or the designated channel.
Feedback quality is taken into account in the tester selection process.
Each piece of feedback is reviewed by the YTest team and used in product development.
6. Google Play Closed Testing
An active Gmail address is required to participate in the closed testing program.
The Gmail address is used solely for Google Play closed testing purposes.
Users are responsible for securing their own Google account.
7. Test Period
The testing period begins at a designated time after the application is accepted.
The tester agrees to remain enrolled in the testing program for at least 14 days.
After the test period ends, the tester may be removed from the closed testing program.
8. Bonus — 1 Month Free Access
Testers who successfully complete the testing and provide active feedback will receive 1 month of free access to YTest.
The bonus applies only to those who fully and actively participated in the testing.
9. Confidentiality
The tester must not disclose confidential information about the test version (features, UI, pricing, etc.) to third parties.
Breach of confidentiality may be grounds for immediate removal from the program.
10. Prohibited Actions
Distributing or selling the test version to third parties is prohibited.
Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy the application's code, assets, or software is prohibited.
Using the application for malicious purposes during testing is prohibited.
Creating multiple accounts to gain additional privileges is prohibited.
11. Use of Data
Personal data collected during the application process is used solely for tester selection and communication purposes.

12. Grounds for Removal
A tester may be removed from the program for: violation of these terms, inactivity for 14 days, spam or abuse.
The YTest team reserves the right to remove testers at its discretion.
13. Amendments to Terms
The YTest team reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
In the event of significant changes, testers will be notified via Telegram or Gmail.

15. Final Provisions
These terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
